Hey there! I’m Laura. I am an acupuncturist, herbalist, and entrepreneur.
I’ve had my acupuncture license since 2010 and I’ve worked in various parts of California for myself, for other acupuncturists, and even in community clinics. After many years of practicing acupuncture, I’ve migrated my passion for TCM and functional medicine into having a full-time herb & botanical store at www.elanen-naturals.com.
Particularly in the beginning of my acupuncture journey, I felt there wasn’t a lot of information out there for us on how to actually run a business being an acupuncturist.
My time spent in the acupuncture profession taught me many things through trial and error. I learned even more through self-studying business and marketing, particularly for the health professions.
I created this blog to rely information on what worked (for me) and what didn’t. I continued this journey of learning digital marketing techniques while having a virtual functional medicine clinic too. I had a steady stream of clients in my practice, and I owe thanks to all the information I have learned over the years about digital marketing & other client retention techniques.
Since 2014, loveforacupuncturists.com has helped 1600+ acupuncturists all over the U.S. by providing them with customizable forms to keep their practice and patient charts organized.
